Why Wargakita
What makes the difference when every visit counts
A breakdown of the practical ways Wargakita is arranged to be genuinely useful to families across the Klang Valley.
Back to HomeCore strengths
Six things that matter most to families
Vetted and matched companions
Every companion is met in person, reference-checked, and introduced to your relative before visits begin. Familiarity is built carefully.
Written updates after every visit
Short, honest summaries go to the family's nominated contact after each check-in or visit. No guessing, no gaps.
Scheduling built around your household
Visits and check-ins are arranged to a rhythm that works for your family's week — not an inflexible timetable set by us.
Multilingual team
We work in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Tamil. Neither your relative nor your family should ever feel left out of a conversation.
Arrangements that can flex
Family life changes. Visit frequency, companion matching, and guidance sessions can all be adjusted as your situation evolves.
Privacy handled with care
All family information is handled under Malaysia's PDPA. Details are never shared outside the coordination process.
Coordination experience built around Malaysian families
Wargakita has been working with families in the Klang Valley since 2019. In that time, we have arranged hundreds of visit programmes and check-in plans — each one shaped around a specific household, a specific older person, and a specific family's circumstances.
Our coordination team has backgrounds in community social services, adult education, and family liaison work. We are not a franchise model or a large corporate service. We are a small, focused team who know this work closely.

Families stay genuinely informed
One of the most common concerns we hear from families is simply not knowing how their relative is doing between visits. Our written update system is built directly around that concern.
Every check-in and visit is followed by a short, plain-language note to the family's chosen contact. Summaries are honest, not polished — they tell you what was talked about, how your relative seemed, and anything worth noting.
Transparent pricing in Malaysian Ringgit
Our arrangements are priced clearly, with no hidden fees, no ongoing retainers, and no obligation to take more than one service. You choose the arrangement that fits your family's situation and budget.
Prices are set in RM: RM 650 for check-in coordination, RM 1,450 for companionship visits, and RM 4,100 for the caregiver guidance workshop series. Every package is clearly described before you commit to anything.
- Clear, fixed RM prices — no hidden charges
- No obligation to take all three services
- Each arrangement fully described upfront
- No long-term contract required
- Flexible frequency reduces cost where needed

What makes us different
Features you will not find everywhere
A face-to-face introduction before visits start
We do not send a companion to knock on a door unannounced. Every new arrangement begins with an introduction meeting so your relative and the companion already know each other before the first formal visit.
Guidance workshops for adult family members
Our Caregiver Guidance Workshops are plain-language, practical sessions for family members stepping into a larger support role. Sessions include printed guides, a recording, and a follow-up question allowance — not just a one-hour talk and a handout.
A single coordination point for the whole family
We work with a nominated family contact who receives all updates and can pass requests back to us. This keeps communication clear, avoids duplication, and means your relative's companion is never caught between conflicting family messages.
Social, not clinical — by design
Our companions are friendly visitors, not medical or personal-care workers. This is intentional. Many older people respond better to a relaxed social arrangement than to something that feels like a professional service being delivered at them.
