Things families often ask us

What exactly does a companion do during a visit?

Companions focus on conversation, shared interests, gentle outdoor walks around the neighbourhood, reading together, or simply sitting comfortably and chatting. Visits are social in nature — they are not the same as medical or personal-care arrangements.

How often will the family hear from you?

After each visit or check-in we send a short, plain-language note to the nominated family contact. For check-in packages, families also receive a weekly summary. You can reach our coordination team by phone or message at any time during office hours.

Can we adjust the visit schedule once things are running?

Yes. We understand that family life changes. Visit times and frequency can be adjusted with reasonable notice — usually a few days ahead. We do our best to keep the same companion in place so your relative maintains a familiar routine.

What area do you serve?

We currently serve families in Kuala Lumpur and the broader Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Cheras, and Ampang. If you are outside this area, please reach out and we will let you know what is possible.

How is the pricing structured?

Each of our three arrangements has a clear package price in Malaysian Ringgit. The Regular Check-in package starts at RM 650, Companionship Visit Coordination at RM 1,450, and the Caregiver Guidance Workshop series at RM 4,100. We are happy to discuss what suits your family's situation during a first conversation.

Is there any long-term commitment required?

Our arrangements are designed to be practical for real family life. We do not ask families to lock in lengthy contracts. After an initial settling-in period, you may continue, pause, or change your arrangement with reasonable notice.
